The Ginette NY Jewels

Ginette NY was created by Frédérique Dessemond in New York in 2002. A famous architect known for her taste for pure geometric lines, Frédérique Dessemond wanted to develop a brand dedicated to women of character, luminous in their uniqueness and value. Ginette NY focuses on a contemporary jewelry concept, offering women luxury jewelry for everyday wear, a contemporary and timeless gold skin collection. The house uses pure materials and natural stones in the design of its jewels. Its creator is inspired by a luxurious and simple architectural design, uncluttered by forms. In fact, the Ginette NY collections reflect a unique and singular artistic expression.

Frédérique Dessemond attempts to modernize the jewels of her childhood and quickly meets with great success. In 2003, a collection of rose gold jewelry was created. It is an innovation with a great stylized classic, composed of a medal on a very thin chain and a flat disc in 18-carat gold. Ginette NY also decided to design everyday jewelry in fine gold, non-obtrusive and very discreet. 


In New York, Ginette NY jewelry became a must-have, especially for New York fashionistas. The brand then expanded to the United States, then to Japan before arriving in France in 2005. Little by little, Ginette Ny integrated white gold, rose gold and diamonds into her creations. She filled her collection with small medallions inspired by tokens, bookmark pendants, watch clasps for bracelets and Berber-inspired jewels. Her amulet chains are adorned with a peace sign, antique coins, snakes and panthers. She also offers earrings for women and some accessories for men.
