How may I contact the Ferret Customer Service ?

You can contact the website customer service by phone at +33 4 93 87 00 18.

This service is reachable from Monday to Friday from 9:45 a.m to 1:00p.m and from 2:00 p.m to 6:30 p.m.

How to order online ?

You should select the product you wish to order on ferret.fr and select « add to cart » then « view cart ».

As soon as you have accepted the terms and conditions, you will have the possibility to create an account or continue without any. A billing adress and a delivery adress will be asked.

You will then have to choose your payment method and proceed with it.

Once you order will be validated, a thanks page will appear with your order’s number.

What payment methods are available ?

On our website, you can proceed with your credit card (Master Card, Visa) or American Express. You can also use Paypal.

We offer the payment in several times free of charge through ALMA for some countries : France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria and Ireland.

You can also proceed with a bank transfer. However, the delay could be a little longer than usual. 

May I change of payment method once I made the order ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible.

Where can I find my invoice ?

You will receive your invoice directly in your package. You can also ask our customer service in order to receive it by email.

When will I be charged ?

The amount is charged as soon as the order is confirmed. If you chose a payment via ALMA, the terms and conditions are explained through the process.

How can I proceed with an exchange or a refund ?

You have a 14 days delay from the reception of your package to change your mind and send us back your jewel/watch. The return fees are at your expense.

How to follow my order ?

As soon as your order will be sent, a DHL tracking number will be sent via email. It will allow you to follow your package.

May I change my delivery adress after my purchase ?

It is possible. However, you have to contact the customer service shortly after confirming your order.

What should I do if I have a problem with the delivery ?

You can contact DHL directly to have more information at +33 825100080. The tracking number will be asked and some more precise information about the delivery address (door codes, neighbors…)

If you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. 

When my order will be sent ?

The orders are prepared and shipped within five working days. If not, you will receive an email with a new delay. We will then try to find a solution together. 

Which carrier are you using ?

All our orders are shipped with DHL Express. It is insured and delivered against signature.

May I ask for a gift package ?

Of course ! You just need to tick « I would like my order to be gift wrapped » in your cart. You can also have the possibility to write a personal message which will be hand-written. 

How much does the delivery cost ?

The delivery is free with no minimum purchase required.
