Orders placed on our website are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours, provided that the chosen item is in stock.

If the item is not in stock and the expected delivery time exceeds 5 working days, we will notify you and will endeavour to find an appropriate solution.

When you place your order, you can choose from several delivery options including in-store collection or home delivery.

If you choose in-store collection, you will receive a confirmation e-mail telling you when your order will be ready to collect.

Home delivery orders are sent by DHL Express or Colissimo, depending on the value of your purchase. These secure delivery services allow us to track your order. Home delivery is free with no minimum purchase required. Delivery times may vary depending on the period, but are generally within 24 to 72 hours after the consignment has been shipped.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a link that will allow you to track your shipment at any time.

Your order can also be gift wrapped free of charge, adding further to the pleasure of receiving your purchase.
