The French artisan jeweller Jean Dinh Van is the founder of his eponymous jewellery label, which he established in 1965. Since its inception, the brand has gained notoriety thanks to its iconic "Deux perles" square ring, co-created with Pierre Cardin. With around 15 boutiques throughout the world, Dinh Van's creations are exported with just one simple message, "luxury for all". Dinh Van is a true pioneer, producing a series of avant-garde creations, including the "Menottes Dinh Van" in 1976, which broke the style rules by positioning the clasp as the centrepiece of the jewellery design, and the cord bracelet at the end of the 1980s, which went on to become the brand's signature piece.

Created at a time when the women's liberation movement was in full swing, Dinh Van's jewellery conveys a strong desire for freedom and independence. Discreet symbols of luxury, breaking away from conventions, Dinh Van's jewellery has a contemporary feel, designed to wear every day.
